Growing Marlee-Glencairn is a city-led study of the area around Glencairn Station and Marlee to guide growth, align with provincial density requirements around transit stations, and provide for a resilient and inclusive complete community.
Phase 1 of the engagement process has already taken place and Phase 2 Consultations took place on December 9, 2025.
Currently, there are 20 proposed developments along Glencairn-Marlee that will bring over 5,500 units to the area. There are several Community Consultation Meetings scheduled in the upcoming weeks about all the proposed developments in the area.
Our area is changing quickly. We must stay informed and involved to ensure that growth is managed, fostering a safe and vibrant neighbourhood.
