Development will bring energy and renewal to the community, but we must stay informed and be mindful of what’s happening.
Developers look at precedent decisions as a base for new proposals, but local residents and businesses always have a chance to sit down with developers and city staff to discuss aspects that are important to the neighbourhood, such as vibrant retail and services, beautiful public spaces, and access to parking.
